Terms & Conditions:

  1. Reservations:
    While it's a good idea to book your preferred accommodations well in advance, it's always worth checking to see what we have available for your special getaway. Nightly rates listed are per room, double or single occupancy. We hold and guarantee your reservation with Paypal or a Master card, Visa, or American Express. To confirm your reservation, a deposit equal to your entire stay is needed. If payment for your reservation is not received within three days your reservation will be canceled. You may request reservations online, or if you prefer, call us anytime! If we are unable to answer, leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. Although we adore children and love animals (grandchildren and grand dogs of our own), The Winter St Inn cannot accommodate children or pets. A two night minimum stay is required for Community Special Events. Community Events Calandar

    Please ask about extended stay rates.
    A written confirmation and detailed driving directions can be forwarded (by request) upon receipt of deposit.
  2. Check-in:
    Check-in time is 4:00 - 9:00 PM. If you need to make other arrangements, please let us know.
  3. Check-out:
    Check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you should find yourself chatting with other guests around the table past check out, please feel free to enjoy the hospitality. It's may be hard to leave when you are having such an enjoyable time.
  4. Breakfast:
    Breakfast is served between 7-9am. We serve an expanded Continental breakfast.
  5. Smoking:
    Our smoke-free policy is strictly enforced (state law) & includes all open flames, including the use of candles in guest accommodations.
  6. Telephones:
    In keeping with the tranquil atmosphere of the Inn, our guest rooms do not have phones. There is a "House" phone in the butler's pantry and in the common areas such as the TV room and the Guest computer room. All local and long distance calls within the continental United States are free of charge.
  7. Cancellations:
    If your plans change, please advise us as soon as possible. As short-term cancellations affect us greatly, we will only be able to refund deposits (less a $50 per night administration fee) for cancellations or changes made 14 days or more before planned arrival date. If a later cancellation is necessary, and we can re-rent the room, a refund will apply. A $50 per night fee will apply to each cancellation. When weather related cancellations occur, we will gladly provide a gift certificate for future use. No Shows will be charged 100% of room rate.
  8. Checks:
    Checks will only be accepted if received 15 days prior to your arrival date. There will be a $30 per instance charge for checks that are returned for any reason.
