- The Powers Room
$155.00 per night.
The Powers room is dedicated to the original owners and builders of the Winter Street home, George and Mary Powers, and their four children. The Powers family was one of the founding families in Delaware; starting, what is today, National City Bank. The land under Winter Street Inn was a wedding gift to George and Mary Powers from George's father Benjamin Powers of 52 W Winter St. George built the house with a $2,500.00 loan from his father. The Powers room is beautifully decorated in blue, red, mauve and cream. The room is furnished in period-style furniture. Enjoy the privacy of your own bath and a king-sized bed atop an antique Persian rug. To the north, view the beautiful view Delaware Arts Castle, and Sanborn Hall and the Monnett Garden to the west. What a treat to be here at the Winter Street Inn when a Powers family descendant drops by!

- The Humphries Room
$145.00 per night
The Humphries, a prominent family in Delaware, owned a thriving Ford dealership. They brought the house into the 20th century by remodeling the bathroom and kitchen, and turning the basement into a full finished basement, a rarity in Victorian Homes of this age. They, as well as the Vance's, used this room as a guest room. Enjoy the wonderful brown and blue décor, with silk wallpaper and a crystal chandelier. Walk on the beautiful, blue antique Persian rug. Delight in your queen-sized bed, and your private bath. Enjoy the views of Sanborn Hall and the Monnett Garden through your windows.
- The Betsy Ann Humphries Room
$135.00 per night.
Betsy Ann was a successful ballerina performing in New York City after graduation from Ohio Wesleyan. In fact, her father dug out the other half of the basement to make room for a ballroom in attempt to draw his daughter back to Delaware. Returning to Delaware, Betsy opened a dance studio here in the house until her business outgrew it and moved into a studio downtown. It is hard to find an adult native of Delaware that has not taken lessons from Betsy Ann, or could at least tell you stories of her. This room was Betsy Ann's bedroom while living with her parents and remained her room the entire time she lived at Winter Street. Relax in the queen-sized bed, and tastefully decorated green and gold room with an antique Persian rug. Enjoy your private bath, and the great ballet décor accents in honor of Betsy Ann's profession. The windows provide a view of the Vance Carriage House, with Ohio Wesleyan in the background. There is also a great view of Sanborn Hall and the Monnett Garden.
- The Vance Carriage House
$165.00 per night, $25.00 per extra person
The Vance Carriage House is dedicated to Larry and Marion Vance, the third family to live in the home, and the architect of the carriage house. The Carriage House continues the Victorian style décor, with Laura Ashley bedding. Fall asleep under the stars as you lay in your king-sized bed gazing up through the sky light above you. Enjoy your own microwave, refrigerator, and sitting area-complete with a sofa bed. The Carriage House's two balconies provide great views of Ohio Wesleyan campus to the south, and Sanborn Hall and Monet Garden to the west.
